I have been shopping at Decorkart for some years now and it has always been a delightful experience. Their product catalogue is exclusive and the team takes excellent care to ensure they are well packaged, delivered on time and the customer is updated at all stages. I will be shopping for more.
The delivery service is good, but the customer service via WhatsApp is a bit unpleasant when you ask about your order. I also think they should provide an estimated arrival time, since people have things to do during the day and can't just sit around waiting for their service.
