Alfred Sisley Important Works - Framed Art from Italy

Alfred Sisley was almost exclusively a painter of landscapes, a subject from which he rarely strayed. His landscapes had an uncanny ability to capture a sense of atmosphere and light. This effect was compounded by his big, expressive skies which are always a central feature of his paintings.

The artwork is made in Italy and has been given a special treatment, giving the prints a canvas-like texture, thereby not requiring glass on top. The artwork feels just like canvas.

The Painting has been beautifully framed in a thick wooden, museum-like frame.
